We welcome your views on the service we provide and would encourage you to pop comments (and praise!) in to the suggestions box in Wooburn Green.

There are several ways to get in touch with us.

  • Leave your complaint (or praise!) with reception in Wooburn Green.
  • We have patient complaint form available at reception (or you can download them here HERE)
  • You can write your own letter, addressed to the Practice Manager

If you feel that you cannot raise your complaint with us, you can contact the Patient Experience Service. They will listen to you and work with you to try and find a solution. Their number is 0800 3285640.
